“We loved Kevin from Make A Mark Events! Kevin was incredibly organized throughout the entire process. He ensured we would have an amazing experience by meeting with us in person a month prior to the date and providing us with links to important songs (ex. first dance) to ensure he had the correct song to play for us. Kevin’s best attribute is being a “hype man”. He got our crowd excited and kept them moving throughout the night with his infectious energy. Kevin played all of our requests and even added an extra song for us. Perhaps even more telling was that our guests all had nothing but great things to say and they all agreed that our DJ (Kevin) was one of the best parts of our reception. Kevin made our reception flow effortlessly and we could not have asked for more! 11/10 highly recommend to any and all!”

“I don’t even know where to begin! Kevin was fantastic from the start! Our first phone call with him was during a time I was a little overwhelmed with wedding planning and he got me SO excited! He then drove to Connecticut, where we live, to have dinner and meet us prior to the wedding. Not necessary but the sweetest gesture. Now the wedding…AMAZING! “Kevin Markey with Make A Mark Events did my wedding last weekend, 9/8/2018 at Publick House Historic Inn in Sturbridge, MA. I had initially contacted him via Facebook back in January to inquire. He responded in a punctual, enthusiastic and informative manner. Kevin was accommodating throughout the entire planning, as my husband and I live in FL. We spoke on the phone, FaceTimed, texted and emailed. Kevin remained professional and helpful during every encounter. Kevin suggested things for the wedding that alleviated stress; he emailed us a list of song ideas for the ceremony and introductions, which we took full advantage of. Kevin also suggested things to make the wedding fun and unique- Bride and Groom Trivia, for example. Kevin even created our own version of our first dance song. We emailed him a couple different versions of the song and he meshed them together exactly how we wanted. At the wedding, Kevin presented himself the same way he did during all the planning- professional and diligent. He did everything he promised and kept my guests, and my husband and I entertained. Kevin is not only an extremely talented musical artist, but also a performer and an entertainer. It’s obvious that he’s passionate about what he does and really cares about making your event special. My suggestion is to book Kevin for your day as soon as possible before someone else does!”

“Where do I start! Kevin absolutely rocked our wedding day! We got married 6/2/18 at Newport Beach House and hired Kevin to Dj our wedding. He is beyond professional and the ONLY wedding vendor that requested to meet with my now husband and I not once but twice before the big day! He coordinated with the venue on his own and made it so there was no need for me to involve myself with his preparation. He showed up and had one of the best set ups, it was so professional and fit so well with the venue. He even has uplighting that looked phenomenal! The best part?
